🐾 Deposits & Reservations

• All deposits made to reserve a puppy are non-refundable.
• A puppy is only considered reserved once a deposit has been received.
• We will hold your selected puppy until delivery or pickup arrangements are completed.

💰 Payments

• Full payment must be completed before shipping or pickup.
• Payments are required to confirm ownership and finalize the adoption process.

🩺 Health-Related Refunds

We take pride in providing healthy puppies. However:

• If a licensed veterinarian confirms a serious health issue within a specified time after delivery, you may be eligible for:
  • A replacement puppy, OR
  • A partial or full refund (depending on the situation)

👉 Proof from a certified veterinarian is required.

🚚 Shipping Issues

• If any issue occurs during delivery, we will work closely with you to resolve it quickly.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party transport services, but we will assist in finding solutions.

🔁 Returns

• We do not accept returns once a puppy has been delivered, except in extreme health-related cases.
• This policy ensures the safety and stability of the puppy.
